If you need to return a product to Microflex, for repair or credit, please contact us for an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number first. This number will help track your product. We may need to ask additional questions to ensure you get the service you need. Most of our products carry a 1 year warranty. Check your product manual for warranty details.
