Shipping
We ship your order using UPS, Fedex, or DHL although only UPS shipping is available through this online store. Please contact us if you require special shipping terms. For credit card orders, a copy of the credit card receipt and paid purchase order will be enclosed with the shipment. We usually ship the same day we receive your order if we receive it before 3:00PM central time. To ensure that a late-placed rush order gets shipped on the same day it is received, we recommend you call us and let us know your order is hot. If there is a delay in filling your order we will attempt to notify you.
